REFUND POLICY

We understand that sometimes a purchase may not meet your expectations, so we’ve outlined a clear and fair refund policy to help manage returns, cancellations, and concerns. 1. Returns for Unopened Items Unopened, unused toys in their original packaging can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. The toy must be in new condition and free of any damage, with all packaging and tags intact. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. 2. Opened or Used Items Items that have been opened or used are non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged. If you receive a damaged or defective toy, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item for a full refund or exchange. 3. Pre-Orders Pre-orders can be canceled for a full refund if canceled at least 7 days before the official release date. Pre-orders canceled less than 7 days before the release date may be subject to a non-refundable deposit or no refund depending on the order status. 4. Defective or Damaged Items If your toy is defective or damaged, please notify us within 7 days of receiving it. We will offer a replacement or refund depending on stock availability and the severity of the damage. For returns, you may be required to send back the defective item before a refund or replacement is issued. 5. Gift Cards Gift cards purchased at JoySprout are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Lost or stolen gift cards will not be refunded or replaced. 6. Special Promotions and Clearance Items All items purchased as part of a promotion or from the clearance section are final sale and non-refundable unless defective. If you receive a defective item purchased on sale or with a promotion, we will process a refund or exchange. 7. Returns Due to Change of Mind Returns due to a change of mind will only be accepted for unopened items within 14 days of purchase. Items must be in new condition and returned with all original packaging and documentation. 8. Shipping Fees Shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases where the product is defective or damaged. Return shipping costs will be at the customer’s expense, unless the item is faulty or damaged upon receipt.
